Hi all...
I'm supposed to do my trigger shot at 10 pm tonight. My IUI is scheduled for Monday around 1030, so about thirty six hours post trigger. Last time I felt like I was ovulating abot 24 hours after the shot, but I still had my IUI at 36 hours post trigger. My question is whether I should take the trigger a few hours later than the doc said bc I felt I ovulated earlier last time? Or should I just quit playing doctor and just listen to the professionals? Lol...what do you all think?

I always listen to the doc even if I feel differently. This month I was convinced they were wrong ... this is HARD to admit ... but they were right and I was wrong. They do this stuff every day. If it makes you feel any better, I took my HCG trigger shot 36 hours before IUI. I felt myself ovulated 2 hours prior to my appt. It was so obvious too.

Good luck!!!:dust:

Please tAke the trigger shot based on doctor's advice. Trigger shots are best taken 36 hours before. Even for ICSI, it was exactly 36.5 hours before.

I took triger for iui and ovulated over 50-70 hours later! Ypu can have a look at my current chart... It can happen at any time, but i'd listen to the doc.... Timong is everything when it comes to iui!
