Trying again after early miscarriage.

Hi Ladies,
Firstly sorry that we all have to be here, love to you all.
I lost my baby at around 5 weeks and it started new years day early hours of the morning. I have now all but stopped bleeding. Am I safe to start having sex again now? I heard that the docs only recommend waiting until your next period so its easier for them to date you.
When did you start trying?

I was 8 weeks pregnant when i had my mc but they dated me as 5 weeks, i just started trying when i stopped feeling sore and bleeding (maybe 2 weeks? ) and i was pregnant before i had my next period came, i didnt wait for a period just until i felt ready again

We started trying straight away, soon as the bleecing had stopped. Twice, I got caught straight away.
