i cant see anything chick :( get a FRER and test again :) FINGERS CROSSED XX

I have a digi and a superdrug own and a boots one (got a bit carried away buying them) just worried it is another dud. Am gonna test in the morning and see what happens, if there is anything I might crack open the superdrug test and wait til sunday or monday for the digi if I get anything else. I haven't got a clue when af is due as still haven't had one since 19th may

think it was another dud. I can't see how I have ovulated and had implantation in less than 3weeks (since my last batch of duds)

Hi Bubbles, they look mine hun, really hope this is it for you. Did you go to the Drs after last dudds?

Sorry hon can't see anything did you do the digi?

Hi Bubbles, they look mine hun, really hope this is it for you. Did you go to the Drs after last dudds?

Went to docs after my last ones explained AF was MIA and had 3 :bfp: then all :bfn: he told me to test on the following monday and if it was negative I obviously wasn't pregnant, he then asked me what I was going to do if I wasn't pregnant!! I ended up losing my temper shouting at him and storming out

Dr's can be wonderful helpers and then they can be REAL insensitive jerks too! When I expressed a sadness over the possiblity of not having anymore kids to my dr he said "well look at the bright side, you are only a few years away from being a grandmother...." I was like WHAT THE HECK??? It was last year and I was only 36 at the time! And my oldest child was only 12! Lets hope its MANY years before I have grandchildren! What a horrible thing for him to say! I've had a slight animosity towards him since that day!
MEN!

:hugs:

I'm in the process of changing Drs atm then gonna try and get an appointment when I hit the 2months without af

I think thats a good idea! If you cant talk openly and feel comfortable and comforted by your physician-you should def switch!

idk if you already said - but have your cycles been normal and predictable?
mine were always 28 days in the past and then my dr put me on a birth control that caused me to have no period for about 6-8 months...I hated that! I came off those in April when the hubby and I decided to TTC and have only had one period since then in June. I am very anxious to get my cycle back on track and i hate the uncertainty of not knowing if AF is even late yet???

Have you had to deal with that any before this?

I have no idea what my cycles are meant to be like. I have only had 1 period since having DS nearly 8months ago and that was on may 19th. Before that it was spot on 28days the only time they messed up before was when I had mc in 2005.

Sounds like your withdrawal bleed happened in june, how many weeks has it been and are you doing OPKs? hopefully july is your month hun xx

Its been 4 weeks and 5 days (Im on day 33 in this cycle) still no AF.

Sorry for sounding silly but what exactly do you mean by withdrawl bleed? I'd been on the mini pill for months and HATED that it didnt let me have a period! Then the DH and I decided to TTC so I quit them hoping my body would just bounce right back to what it had been before taking the mini pill. It took 38 days from the time I stopped taking the mini pill to the time I got AF on June 7th.

Do you think its encouraging that I had a normal full out period and its reasonable for me to assume I will ovulate again?

Did you get an appt with a new Dr?

EDIT: Oh, and no I am not doing OPK's

it looked like a bfp to me.....keep us posted goodluck

a withdrawal bleed is kind of a fake period, it happens when coming off the pill as the change in hormonal dosage can cause the uterus lining to weaken and breakdown resulting in a period like bleed. Just basically your body getting used to the hormones you were putting in not being there any more, it's very common hun. It can also take your body a while to get back to normal after it as you have been kinda forcing it to have a period when it might not be ready. I think it's very encouraging that you have had this withdrawal bleed/period as I don't think you would have if you weren't ovulating.

I am waiting til the 19th to get a docs appointment then it will have been 2months

Ah, kinda what I thought you meant but just wanted to be sure...I dont think I've actually ever heard it called that before. Thanks for the info!

I am planning to wait until Monday and if still no AF I will test again.
Until then I am stepping away from the EPT's haha! They can make you crazy cant they?

Definitely keep us posted on how things work out for you!!! I've got everything crossed for good luck! :)

I do see a faint line to the left of the white one.. Good luck and lots of babydust to you!!

Thanks hun. They definately do make you crazy. I have tested almost every day since my first positives on June 22nd and probably will until I have a clear answer either via a positive hpt, bloods, scan or af showing up.

Fx'd for you hun really hope you get an answert soon xx
