Trying to conceive while breastfeeding?

Has anyone tried to conceive while exclusively breastfeeding. I'm just coming off of my first period since giving birth. I'm really hoping it wasn't just a one and done because I'm starting to get some major baby fever. Has anyone successfully ttc'd while breastfeeding and succeeded? What did you do to help increase chances of conceiving.

Has anyone conceived and didn't even have a period?

We conceived #2 when our little girl was about 10months, she was still being breastfed bit not exclusively. We were ntnp since I got my period back after our girl was 6months. I really think the not stressing over conceiving herpes us.
