Hello thanks for such wonderful website to let us talk to other people that are going through the same.
I just got back from the dr thinking I was pregnant and it turned out I wasn't. I been trying for 8 months with chlomyd and ovulation tests and all that. My condition is that I have polycistic ovaries so this is not helping too much and also the fact that I am a overweight. Has anyone been through something like this?
Any input will be appreciate it!! Hope to meet new friends:)

I have PCOS too and I am also overweight but I am on a low carb diet hoping it helps.

I have PCO too and have been overweight in the past. I ended up having IVF and now have twins. Good luck!

Hi! Welcome to the crowd :hugs: But honestly I don't like women being in the same fertility issue boat with me as this causes so much pain..From your post I feel like the treatment was not appropriate for you. Maybe dosage has to be overviewed. Or another expert's point of view needed. 8 months is a pretty long period of time so here you're absolutely right there is a great need to find of what's the matter is.
Our situation is far more complicated. I have severe endo and PCOS. Have already had 1 round clomid, 2 fresh ivf cycles with OE. Health condition got worse - egg donation the being the next step.
We're having our 1st shot in Ukrainian Biotexcom clinic now. Hope so much it will work out this time. Fingers crossed for every woman struggling..Feel free to chat whenever you want :hugs:

Diet can make a huge difference with PCOS. Ask Dr. Google! Changing your diet is incredibly difficult, I speak from experience (I am about 64 days into an extreme diet to clear out a candida overgrowth -- no sugar, no starches, no grains, no alcohol, no dairy, very little fruit, no high sugar/starchy veggies). It's much easier to just take pills, even have fertility procedures, than it is to transform what we eat & why we eat it, but so many of us (myself included) are creating toxic environments in our bodies based on what we put in and on them. My sugar addiction, caused by the candida and exascerbated by infertility stress, was terrible. I needed a therapist to help me sort through the emotional side of the food issues and get me on track. I truly believe this will help me get pregnant, though I am at the point of also using some extreme fertility treatment assistance. GL to you!:flower:
