Yeah you can be super fertile or not. Works both ways. Been off the pill since Jan 2010 and nothing yet.

hi hun! im a POAS addict too! i ordered some pg tests last month and tested at 2dpo!!! ha ha, just wanted to see if they worked! lol! i didnt test again until 7dpo and had used 40 ic's by time af arrived im loving the OPK's they substituting the IC's and Frers at min!!!

Do you think you have managed to catch the eggy this cycle???xx Are you 1dpo today then or more?? xx

I think I'm 2-3 DPO, BD'd a couple of times before so we're in with a chance, I'd love to fall pregnant the first month especially after hearing that you can be super fertile when you first come off BCP, but I'm also not expecting much as I have just come off the pill and my body will be sorting itself, also we'd prefer to not have a Christmas baby, not that we'd complain if we did though!

I'll be testing next Friday when I'll be 9-10 DPO. I've got the cheap tests from ebay to try to avoid spending a fortune on tests

Hey there - I'm 2 dpo too but not expecting much this cycle! Will be testing 8th April if I haven't had my AF (not hopeful). I don't like to test early because basically its money we can't afford right now and by 16 dpo I should have a good chance of getting a BFP if I'm going to or I'll have had af in which case I won't need to test - lol!

DH and are on our first cycle after after having mirena coil removed 10th March and I *think* I'm on cd 13 but can't be 100% sure due to lack of the while mirena was in!

I'm 27, DH is 34, and we live in beautiful sunny Devon. I'd love to have someone else that is in a similar situation as me, e.g. first cycle etc... but I'm a friendly little soul so anyone is welcome!

We're at almost the same spot in our cycles. I'm on CD 5, and I'm also giving OPKs a go this month. I hope they help us!
Up to this point, I felt like I had a pretty good idea of when I ovulate, but I'd rather *know*. lol

So I know everyone is trying for #1, but how many does everyone want to have? I'm going for 2 in a row if possible. My sister and I are not quite 2 years apart (which my mom did on purpose) and it made us so close! That's what I want for my kids, too.

I'm on my first proper cycle since my miscarriage in December.

I'm on a 29 day cycle at the moment, day 16 into it so I've already ovulated (I think) by CM I'm thinking definitely and hopefully we've done enough this month.

Would love to have a TTC#1 buddy to share experiences etc

Hi, can i join iam on cd 2 on cycle 5 (since properly starting to TTC after a couple of mcs over the last couple of years)
Iam 23 and my husband is 25 and we are TTC our first! never taken this long before and im feeling a bit disheartened this month, trying to build up some PMA again for the month ahead! Goodluck everyone, cant wait to see those bfp's!!

Hey Luxy and ladies

Love to be ur TTC buddy. We are on a similar first cycle. Im 26 and my OH is 31. I came off cilest on March 11th and am on CD12. Have been given CBFM but missed the testing window by a day so have a chart that I am following. Due to ovulate on Monday so as im guessing its not 100% accurate we have been exceptionally busy the past week (wink wink)..

Oh wow, this is the first time i've met someone on here whos from the same neck of the woods as me i have a friend on here who also lives in exeter, she's 20 and has a baby girl whos nearly 7 months. i've known her since we were 12 though so its a bit different!
I have to say since the weather started getting nicer i've been feeling really positive! anyone notice this? xxxxxx
