TTC #1, CD11, looking for a buddy!

Oh goodness all of a sudden today I can't stop crying! I'm not sure if that's a good thing or not lol
It just hit me that there is a possibility that I COULD be pregnant again and I just lost it. Now I can't seem to get my emotions under control!

Tested today and got bfp! Main symptoms were sore boobs on the sides (unusual for me) and constipation.. I don't really 'feel' pregnant though at the moment

I'm trying my best to hold off on testing. A lot easier said than done!
