Hi,
I come to this website a lot and other websites to get suggestions on ttc. So I'm new here and this time I wanted to share a bit of my story.

I been ttc on and off for about 6 years. I'm 25 and Fiance is 26. My cycles are irregular. I been to an RE he said I had anovulatory cycles and I was insulin resistant. I never got a a positive opk nor a bfp. Until last August. I did get a bfp. Sadly it ended in a miscarriage at 10 weeks :( So I'm still ttc and now I'm searching or wanting to see if I can get suggestions on anything I can try.

The things I've tried throughout those 6 years are:
- vitex (6months) - didn't work for me. Cycles remained the same
- clomid - 1 cycle - didn't work for me
- metformin - couldn't take it due to the side effects :( so idk if it would've helped
- Geritol - couple cycles. Didn't work for me
- Soy Isoflavones - ?? I'm not sure if this worked
- Progesterone Cream - 1 cycle only

What I was taking when I got a bfp:
- B Complex
- Vitamin D
- Iron
- Soy Iso - 1 cycle
- Folic Acid

What I'm taking now:
- B Complex
- vitamin D
- Iron
- Vitamin C - just started 2 days ago
- CoQ10 - just started 2 days ago

I read that Vitamin C helps with luteal phase and that CoQ10 has helped some girls with the development of eggs. CoQ10 was recommended to those 35+ but I still wanted to try it out. My fiancé is also taking it to see if it raises his sperm count. Any suggestions on what I can do would be appreciated. Also need some ttc buddies :)

Thank you and good luck to all those that are ttc :D

Hi :) it sounds like you've been on quite an incredible journey already, really hope you find something that works for you soon :) are you still feeling positive about things?

Omg yes. I feel like I've done a lot but I still see things other girls try so I'm not done yet. Yes I feel positive because I was beginning to think I couldn't conceive until I did. I got to see the heartbeat and U/S so I feel like it can happen again I just hope it doesn't take another 6 years :(

And thank you btw I hope I can find something :)
