TTC#1 - Have you bought anything for a "future" baby?

I don't think I coul buy boys and girls stuff... I have tried to keep it all gender neutral in case I only ever have boys or girls! I do always get tempted with girls butterfly themed clothes and I loveboys clothes in general so I'm alway tempted but I never do!

We just need babies to wear and play with our collections now!

I usually only buy boys/gender neutrals but there were a few girl items that I absolutely love and I only buy if things are a couple of dollars...me, my sister, and my sister in law are all TTC so chances are one of us will have a girl, maybe....if not I have 2 other sisters and a lot of friends haha...they won't go to waste

Visited Target and Walmart baby aisles today. I can't go in the store without going in their baby aisle any more lol I did manage not to buy anything though. Well...except for a small notebook. I decided to start keeping a small journal to give to my child when he/she is older so they'll know how much I wanted them and thought of them even before he/she was here

I only have a few things, a baby grow, a little white had and mits. But I crochet so I have made a really cute grey pompom wooly hat and 3 blankets I think OH would think I'm nuts if I he knew or if I bought any more.

Wow! I can't believe this thread has been inactive for a whole year!

Well, I'm bumping it because I got the buying bug recently...our 1st month back from NTNP and I bought a cute little onesie with a tiger listening to head phones on the front Hope I'm baking a bub that will be wearing it in 9months.

I have bought cloth diapers, wool covers/pants, some onesies, baby monitor, feeding pillow, a nursing cover, pump, and then I have made 2 nursing covers and a crib sheet. I have fabric cut to make some easy swaddlers but haven't had time to make them yet. Also have some left over fabric from the quilt I am in the finishing stages of for our bed that I will be making a baby quilt with. Have also crocheted a few blankets that DH has said I'm not allowed to give away.

I bought some TTC books last year and just bought some pregnancy ones the other day.

We have been NTNP this month then will be actually TTC next month.

Loved the pictures in this thread! I'm still a few months from TTC #1 and I've already secretly bought a maternity dress. In my defence, it was adorable and irresistible and it looks lovely on me even now. That makes it ok right!?
