fulltimevida welcome! we are cycle buddies lol I'm CD6 also Has anyone tried preseed? I'm wondering if I don't get enough CM during ovulation and heard its pretty effective. really hoping for a honeymoon baby!

Hi ella10, it was amazing. One of the best trips I've ever been on. I cannot recommend it enough. I'm from England, so it only took 2 hours for us to get to. I've been getting a little bit of cramping today, so hopefully my AF will arrive at the weekend. Xx

We ntnp'd this month, as it was my first month off the bcp and I am unsure of when my AF will come back. But it is due on Sunday, if I am still on a 28day cycle. Xx

MrsB87 I loved rome I have a friend that lives by new castle and we did a Europe tour 2 years ago! what a great surprise! Hope AF comes soon so you can get a BFP this next cycle

Ella are you having any symptoms or just hopeful, I know DPO3 is early for them but its hard not to spot. I'm really hopeful that our honeymoon will give us a BFP this time.

No symptoms yet. Had the flu all night last night. Was getting sick from about 9pm-330 am. Not fun at all!! I hope it didn't kill off any chances I may have had.

Awe ella i'm sorry you're sick that is no fun. I don't think that will hurt this months chances any. Just got home from my doctor. She wants me to try metformin first for x3 months then go from there. I didn't even know metformin could be used to help conceive I only knew it treats diabetes which i defiantly don't have.

m 7dpo and not one symptom other than ccm, I have a feeling we missed the egg this month ..just a gut feeling. We bd the day of the egg but not until like 8 I got my pod opk Monday night. I used clear blue Monday morning and got a low but my other opk test showed a strong pos Monday night and didn't redo clear blue until tues morning and it showed peak, so not really sure when the try peak wash. It it was Monday night we probably missed the egg because I tested at 8 and the egg is only viable for only 24 hours, man this is stressful and hard ...but I have it planned out in my mind for next month, lots and lots of bd hehe and preseed and temping and opk...hm anything else hahahaha lots and lots of baby dust to everyone..come on bfps!!!

Oh it was definitly the flu hahah it went around all my nieces and nephew just before easter. Not fun. That's all I'll say haha if that's morning sickness than I tap out hahah

I've never heard of metformin either??

Metformin is used when they suspect PCOS. I have a regular cycle but I'm not sure I ovulate every month. But I have gained some weight over the last year even though I work out regularly and watch what I eat. metformin helps your body regulate your cycles and promote ovulation where are clomid forces your body to ovulate by using hormones. There is less chance of multiples with metformin (only about 10%) so I like that and there isn't a risk of cancer. I'm going to start it when i come home from my honeymoon, sense there can be less than pleasant side effects when starting it lol. If it doesn't work in 3 months or if I don't get + okp's each month then we can try clomid. I feel so much better that there is a plan in place.

I'm sorry you got sick Ella, Sometimes those yucky bugs kids get can really knock us adults down for the count.

Right now I'm just trying not to lose my mind lol wedding in 2 days YIKES!!! trying not to get my hopes up but I really hope this month is my month even without starting the metformin yet lol Fingers crossed ladies I hope when I come back someone has gotten their BFP!!!

Preseed is totally worth it! I used it this cycle and just got my BFP at 11 DPO!

Yesterday I felt like I had low blood sugar and I have been exhausted and sleeping a lot over the last week. Got a positive at the doctors this morning too!
