Ttc 14 months sperm antibodies

Hi, i am 33, dh 38, been ttc for 14 month no success. 4 month ago initiated testing. Dh gave sperm twice. Saw a specialist who said everything is ok. Although he has sperm antibodies (70% igg an 30 % iga type). Specialist says that experts have different opinions about antibodies effects and he said to dh it he thinks it is possible to get pregnant. But I off course worry now, because most forum ttcers having antibody issues say they could not get pregnant naturally. I only had my first appointment with regular obgyn my uterus is well positioned, cervix is transient and she could see i ovulated. I also monitor ovulation (temp, mucus) and it usually happens. I have an appointment with the specialist in two weeks for further steps. Anyone has any expirience of ttc with dh having sperm antibodies?? I will be thankfull for any thouths, advice, experiences..
