TTC after a miscarriage...what's next?

Hello ladies I am 31 years old and my husband been together since 18 years old and have never conceive before until now with the help of IUI. This was my any first pregnancy ever and first miscarriage. It was our 4th IUI on Femara/HCG-trigger shot. We were very heart broken after the lost. Here is a video blog of our journey. I was wondering if there are success stories for those who had a miscarriage and how soon after a mc did you conceive. I just wnat to spread hope and remain positive.
