TTC after coming off femodene (comb pill) - what should I expect?!

I will be coming off femodene (third combi pill I have tried) in a few weeks having been on the pill for 7 years and I don't know what to expect. I really want to get pg straight away but I don't know if this will even be possible?! Has anyone been on the same pill or got pg straight away after the pill??
