TTC after d&e?

How long did you wait after a d&e or d&e?

I was told to wait 3months and pelvic rest for 6weeks. I'd like to try again after the 6 week mark. I'd like to hear others stories.

Hi starlight.
So sorry for your loss.
I have had two D and Cs and both times I was told I can ttc again after first AF. First one they said pelvic rest for two weeks and second I had to have pelvic rest for 4 weeks.

Thank you for your response. I wish dr's were more consistent. Our plan is to wait the 6 weeks of rest if possible and go from there.
