ttc after implant

Hiya
just want some advice! i had a miscarridge at the beginning of last year and i had the implant put in almost straight after! me and my partner have decided to try again so i'v got an appointment tomorrow to see about having my implanon took out! just wondered if anyone had problems conceiving after having it out

I've been trying ever since mine was took out and we're still trying
I can't say that this is becauase of the implant though, we haven't had our tests yet

there has been a few ladies i know on the site that have tried to concieve after the implanon.some have become pregnant within the first few month of trying (some before they got there first AF) and others it has taken a while. it all depends on how you body reacts. i got my first AF a month after having it out and got pregnant the following month. OPK's really helped me alot because i wasnt for sure when i would ov so i highly recommend them. best of luck to you.hope this helps

i had my implant out 25th march last year. I am still waiting to fall pregnant. Bearing in mind though i went on the pill when i was 17 for 3 years, then on the injection for 9 years and then implant for a year. When at GP appointment recently not ttc related but we spoke about it. He said technecly because of all the bc, i have only really been ttc for 6 months and if i have not fell pg within the next 6 months then to go back to see him. I think it all depends on your body there are people that catch straight away and they are some that have to try for awhile. Good luck and i hope you get your bfp really soon.

I had my implanon removed in October and have had 2 AFs since then, one in December and another in February. I've been doing OPKs and had a positive a week ago so AF should be due again next week, so this will be my 3rd cycle.
