Let me begin with my history. I have been married to my amazing husband for 2 years now. I have 2 children from a previous relationship, Harmony (5) and Carson (3). My husband and I have one child together, Jayden. He was born on November 29, 2011 after a year of "not, not trying". He was born with a severe heart defect, had open heart surgery at 9 days old and was taken from us at only 2.5 months old. We miss him everyday and want nothing more than to have him back. We are ready to have another baby, not to replace our son as so many heartless people seem to think, but to share our love with another child and extend our family.
We tried 4 rounds of Clomid, with no luck this summer. We gave TTC a break for a month and are starting again next month (currently CD 5). I will be taking Vitex, a higher dose of folic acid, cassava and prenatals. Really, anything to cause hyper-ovulation (therefore increasing our chances of fertility each cycle).
