TTC after recent loss

Hi Lovelies

I find myself here because on the 10th July my husband miscarried our 1st baby. We have been doing the deed wink wink lol and if my predictions are right am 8 dpo. My boobs hurt and I have a stuffy cold and sore throat. From time to time I get twinges on my right lower side. Stupidly I just took a test. Was negative of course. Silly as I knew it was too early to tell.

I'm looking to make friends on here. I wanna help quiet on the outside world and this is my place to voice my feelings. Hope to see some lovelies around here soon. And I pray we all get BFPs soon !!

Hello!

I just miscarried August 1st at 7 weeks (knew from 5ish weeks to expect it, though based on slow/low HCG). This is my 2nd miscarriage and I'm planning to try again right away. It just feels like the right thing to do to me.

With my last MC I got my period right on time, if I counted the day of the miscarriage is my first day of my period, so I'm going to assume it will be the same this time since I literally had the exact same experience last time as far as dates (micarried ~34 DPO this time, and ~35 dpo last time)

Soooo wating for the 17th to start trying again!

Bless you hun. I'm sorry to hear that you have had to go through this twice. I hope you get a BFP soon I'm waiting to find out whether this month has been a success. Although I was having positive OPKs the weekend before last we only once DTD so we shall see! I'm now 8dpo so too early to tell, but last time I got a positive at 10dpo so I'll try then ! I don't see why there's any reason to wait. I had a natural miscarriage and was scanned after the actual bleeding and was told all was clear. Sooo as they told me to wait one cycle to allow for them to able to date the pregnancy. I didn't listen yikes. Hope the doc don't kill me of I am pregnant so soon after !

Hello! this is my first time actually joining one of these forums...

My husband and I got pregnant right away after I came off bc pills in February. We found out really early (3.5 weeks) several days before my missed period. Sadly I started bleeding at 10 weeks. I went to the ER, and the Dr. said that everything looks perfect, we saw the heartbeat, and he said that it can be pretty common to have bleeding during pregnancy. Well not 12 hours later I was unmistakably having a miscarriage. I went back to the doctor and they did another US and there was no evidence of our precious little blessing. My uterus was completely empty.

It all happened so quickly and was truly devastating. We have been TTC again ever since, but no luck. I just got my period today. It was 6 days late, so of course I have been taking hpts like crazy the last week. All have been negative and now I have lovely AF here to remind me of that. It can just be so frustrating and heartbreaking all at the same time. I am hoping that our time will come again soon.

Oh hun I want to give you a big hug. That must have been so hard for you both. Mine never developed so there wasn't any baby but it still hurts. Try Agnus Castus I heard it's really good for women TTC. I've been taking it again this month. I fell pregnant straight off in May this year. So we will see if it works again this time. I'm just waiting to check to see if I get a BFP. So many pregnant women around right now and friends having babies makes me wanna scream

A loss is a loss and it hurts at any stage!

I know what you mean about wanting to scream about the pregnancies around you- I have 3 women that I work with in different stages of pregnancy. Not to mention my sister who is also pregnant due in December (our babies would have been a week apart). It's so hard to be hopeful for the future when you are constantly reminded of what could have been

It really can get frustrating. A woman I know just gets pregnant and has a baby every time she feels like it, smokes throughout the pregnancy, refuses to breastfeed because it's an inconvenience (she doesn't work). She never lets herself gain any weight (and her babies are born too small).

Meanwhile so many people who would be great moms struggle :/

I know !! Tell me about and they complain about their pregnancies. Ah well. God will let it happy soon. Just keep your chin up and keep on smiling. I know it's hard. I'm reading Echart Toille the power of now. That helps me to stay focused and live in the present more than dreaming about a possible pregnancy this month. Good luck beautiful xxx

Hi, just saw your post, really sorry for your loss - one year after my mc last year, I know its the worst experience I have every been though. Didn't realise how much then but now it still hurts when I think of it - I pray you wont be sitting in my shoes as the wait for me after my mc for a pregnancy is the worst. Got pregnant within 4 months that time, now have been trying for 11 cycles (my period didn't return for 8 weeks) and no luck . I think the fact that you got a negative test so soon is a great sign, I was getting very strong positives for 3 weeks after my ERPC, it was complete insult to injury still felt and seriously looked pregnant (even though I was only 12 weeks). Sounds like your body is responding and healing well xxxxx

Want baby now I'm so sorry you are finding it difficult to conceive. Have you had your hormones checked ? I'm sure there's something that can easily be sorted out right to sort out the issues you are having. Do you have thyroid problems ? Are you ovulating and getting your periods about the same time each month ??

Today i have felt so awful. I have such a stuffy nose and sore throat. Im really warm, have on and off headaches, Can't drink enough water (but that could just be because of the sore throat), and have had crampy pains this evening on way home from work. I really feel like the ugly AF will show. Hope she doesn't. Really hope to have caught that egg if there was even one this month ! Will test in the morning. Last time i was pregnant i got a positive at 10dpo. Heres to hoping !!

Oh my gawld guys. Trying not to have a panic attack here but there's a faint line on my test !!!!!! Could it be BFP ? I don't wanna get too excited trying to keep calm as if could be an evap. But not entirely sure what an evap is ? It's quite pink this one. I like to think that me feeling so rough is because of this makes it that much more bearable. Cause steaming my head over a bowl at 11pm at night when I should be sleeping instead of trying to clear my nasal passages is a bit too much lol with a 6am wake up call let's see. Please pray please please please xxxxx

HI Chrissi, yes I've had my hormones and thyroid checked both are fine, my husband has had sperm analysis also fine. Get my periods since my miscarriage every 27-31 days, I know I'm ovulating as I have done OPK's and doctors confirmed with bloods. I am expecting my period today (day 32) then my next cycle will be the dreaded 1 year mark if I don't conceive. I've driven myself mad taking tests all negative. How are you feeling now? which cycle day are you on today?

If it is pink and it showed up within the allotted time frame YOU ARE PREGNANT!!!! Aaaahhhhhh fingers crossed it is healthy and sticks!!!

May I join?? Yesterday I woke at 4 am to massive bleeding, hemorrhaging really, and had to take an ambulance to the hospital. Luckily I didn't need a transfusion and my iron levels were good, so no anemia either. The doctor was able to manually remove the miscarriage which slowed the bleeding to a light flow, like early/late af. I was 12w4d but at 11w6d I had found out the baby had stopped developing at 9w and no longer had a heartbeat so knew to expect it. I just didn't expect the insane bleeding since it was my 8th m/c. I have 6 daughters already as well, so it was my 14th pregnancy. DH and I want to try again, but we are both scared to death it will happen again and that I won't make it the next time. My doctor said they will do a beta on the 18th when I go for a follow up from my appointment on 8/1. I plan to get some cheap hpts and do them to track the decline of hcg. I was really not expecting this to happen since my scan at 8w2d showed a nice strong heartbeat of 156.

Of course you can join us. No need to ask I am so sorry to hear about your loss. I was 11 weeks when I miscarried but it was nothing like this. It sounds awful but I'm so glad you managed to pull through.

yeah, that was the scariest one yet, and it's made me nervous about ttc again, but dangit, I want to try one last time for a boy. ::stomps foot and pouts like a toddler:: LOL

So nice to find some girls in the same boat! I'm on CD5 (still bleeding) after a loss at 4w5d. Planning to try again this month, the loss made me realize how much I want to be pregnant and want to give a little sibling to my DS. Hoping the same for all of you!
