Hubby and I have been "not trying not preventing" for around 5 years. Out of those 5 years, we ttc'd for about 12 months, trying soy isoflavones (supposed to mimic clomid) for 5 or 6 cycles. I ovulated each time, but never became pregnant.
Right now we're back to "not trying, not preventing". The only thing I really keep track of is my cycle, which has been surprisingly regular lately, despite having pcos.
We are planning to start the Insanity workout dvd's on Monday...should we stop ttc and actually prevent, or do you think it's ok to keep NTNP?
