ahhhh AF got me again...

Moving on to cycle #7, past 6 months i hav tried temping, opks, softcups, preseed, other conceiving lubes, bromelain, prenatals, soy iso. In such a short time, i managed to master TTC game!

6 month ago, i thought you hav sex once and give birth 9 month later. Who knew, baby making can be this hard.

I didnt want to wait and went to see a hormone specialist. Of course i lied about how long we have been trying so he takes me serious
Begining of cycle #6, I was diagnosed with PCOS. Soooo i guess thats my problem! Long story short, my doc gave me Metformin and its been 2 days that i hav been taking it. Hav side effects but not much.

So thats it...short but painful journey up to now come join and tell us your story!

Hi Golden I am here.

You know my story. But for new stalkers here we go again.
We have been trying to get pregnant for a long time. So far its been 2years of NTNP and 9months of active TTC. No hint of BFP yet and yes we are trying for our first.

Actually I have made my appointment today with the doctor to discuss about our issue. Appointment is on 17th.

Golden, I really pray that Metformin will do the trick for you and this journey soon comes to an end with a beautful and sticky BFP.

Are u taking a break this cycle? I talked to DH and we decided to not track or use anything, just metformin and BD when we wish. I will also be focusing on losing weight and getting back to gym 4 times a week instead of 2!

I am also planning to go back to gym from Monday. Plan is same as yours, BD whenever we want to.

17th is going to be first appointment. So mostly it would be general consultation and general physical exam. I actually want to go to another OBGYN. Trying to call her practice from yesterday but they aren't receiving any call. She seems pretty good. I want her to be my doctor. But it is difficult to get an appointment with her it seems.

Hi girls! Golden and fairy sounds like you both have a good relaxed but intentional additude. Fairry, look forward to hearing what happens at your appointment! Hopefully you can get a hold of that other doctor too. Golden....fx the metamorphin works like a charm for you.

I'm trying one more cycle of soy but backing off the dose a teensy bit since I had horrible pms. If it doesn't happen this cycle, just going to stick to my vitamins and supps. Making sure to take my b6 every day this cycle too.

That other doctor is moving practice. She isn't available for time being. The practice I have made appointment with also seems to be a good one. Today DH told me that his colleagues are also going to the same practice.

Hey ladies! I'm also Ttc my first. We've been actively Ttc for a year (well in a couple days) we got a bfp on October but sadly lost it at 8 weeks on November. I haven't really ovulated since my mc, except possibly last month but no positive opk. Before actively Ttc we were ntnp for about 5ish months (not sure exactly how long). I have an appointment on Monday for the anovulatory cycle issue.

We waited for my first cycle after the chemical so technically we've been officially TTC for only one month now. I admire women like you who have been trying for so long and keep on trying, because af got me 2 days ago and I had a minor temper tantrum (lots of tears involved). I hope we all are able to get our BFPs this month!

And I have heard so many success stories from women with pcos, so I am really hopeful for you.

I've loved the community here and wanted to join for quite some time. It's hard to feel alone (I feel like some men just don't get it since they aren't the ones temping and using OPKs and whatnot, so it's easy to feel alone).

I know a lot of women have issues with their cycles right after mc but, as soon as hey get them straightened out, many fall pregnant right away. Let's hope this is the case with you! Hope you get some answers about not ovulating!

Sorry ladies, I couldnt write over the weekend, i was feeling sick because of Metformin. It gives me nausea, diarrhea, aching boobs, cramps, tiredness. Im keep thinking that im pregnant hehe side effects are like early pregnancy symptoms, of course to annoy me. Good side is, i dont wanna eat anything! helps with my diet

Hey mrs.green, sorry about ur mc. I heard that after mc, it may take a while to start ovulating again. My guess is that your doctor will say the same and recommend you to wait for it. If the dc says that, we can always find some natural supplements to make you ovulate

Hey vrogers! Trust me we all cried the first months, after couple months i got used to seeing one line. I feel like when i see a second line then i will start crying from happiness
Since you already managed to get pregnant in 2 months! Im sure it wont take you long to get pregnant.

Aw, I wish it would just happen for everyone when we want it to, but it's not that simple. I'm rooting for everyone on here and yes, I imagine we will all be crying of happiness when we see that second line (and then the digital because we won't believe the line haha).

golden ahhhh that sounds terrible hope the side effects let up soon. Maybe your body needs to adjust.

I'm on day 6 of bleeding. Just spotting but enough already! Soy is the culprit. Glad I lowered the does this cycle �� hope everyone had a nice weekend. Next week is O for me and oh better be available. This whole ttc is wearing me down.

long story so I'm copying and pasting from my earlier post. Basically the doc went over all my history and then agreed it sounds like I'm not ovulating and said I have two options: keep tracking and see if my cycles regulate themselves. Or go to the fertility specialist. I was in complete shock and asked her what she recommends. And she said hold on while she looked over my chart (my history from my old doc and test she had run thyroid ect) and then said she recommends seeing the specialist. Along with continuing to loose weight to see the FS for all the test since that's the first step. Hubs is on board and thinks is all worth it and fine and I'm just in shock and upset.

Update: all test will be completed this week. They had a cancelation for the Hsg so I'm doing that Friday. Very nervous but I'm glad to get some answers.

Is it okay if I join you? I am also TTC #1. I am 28 and 6 months into my marriage with my best friend. It wasn't long ago that we started trying but it feels much longer. I went off bcps in January this year and we were lucky enough to get a bfp first cycle. Sadly that ended in a mc at 5 weeks. So here I am waiting for the spotting to stop.

I am temping and have ordered opks to try for the first time as I read it can be harder to pinpoint O after a mc.

We are hoping to try again right away although the emotions are a roller coaster right now.

Hey girls! Im feeling much better today, i body must be adjusting to metformin but i keep thinking that how if im pregnant and my 2 days bleeding was only ib hahaha every freaking month, i think the same thing.
Too bad i threw my pee cup away so i dont test for no reason haha

My sex drive is low low low this cycle, i think im cd7 and we havent BDd since ovulation. DH is so frustrated

mrs.green2015, Finding answers can be heartbreaking but its better to know whats p and fix before its too late. I would go crazy if i tried for yrs and went to doc after. I always knew something was wrong and it was, just listen to ur gut. Good luck with Hsg! I havent done one but i heard it hurts like bitch

Welcome Laroawan! Sorry to hear about ur mc, i never had mc but i can imagine how heartbreaking it can be. I hope non of us goes thru mc ever! next yrs March, we will be taking naps with our babies

Golden- glad your feeling better and sorry about your sex drive. If we don't have sex I get that way. Try just doing it. Once we start I'm ok. And the more we do it the more i want it.

I think I will be ovulating this weekend so will start BDing this week for sure but again i dont want DH to feel like im obsessing over ttc again so i gotta play cool

My doc said if met then clomid doesnt work, i will have to do hsg as well, fx i wont need it. I heard taking painkillers help.

I just want to reassure you that an HSG isn't so bad. I had one done in November and it was fine. Uncomfortable - yes, painful - no. It's like having a prolonged smear test. I didn't take painkillers before or after either. Good luck
