Ttc baby #4

Hi, I am new to this forum, I am trying to have baby #4. I went to my doctor yesterday to remove the mirena. I just want some input, i had surgery almost 2 years ago, I have my 2 ovaries but i am missing one fallopian tube. I asked him if i would have any trouble ttc and he said no that i am healthy and everything look good. anyone that have trying to have a baby but have not been able that had something similiar like me??
