Well I lost my baby. Everything was great at 6+3. Perfect heartbeat and measuring perfect. At 7+1 the heartbeat was only 73 and a repeat scan at 7+2 showed a heartbeat of 38. Yesterday I woke up with horrible cramps and contractions and wasn't passing anything on my own. An ER ultrasound confirmed that baby's heart beat was gone and the doctors recommended a d&c. I'm recovering at home and feeling good about the decision. I'm heartbroken this happened again. They will test the baby and see if there's an explanation and we've been referred to a fertility specialist for some help as to why this has happened 3 times in a row.
