ttc, could I be experiencing implantation bleeding?

I stopped my BC 2 months ago and had a period Oct 1ST for 5 days. Since then I haven't had a period or any symptoms. My husband and I are just letting whatever happen, happen. We don't want to put too much stress on TTC and just let it happen. So I have taken tests but all 3 were negative. I was having some pretty terrible cramps 4 days ago after having intercourse and thought I was finally going to have a period but nothing and the cramps went away. Then last night I went to the bathroom and wiped and there was a light pink color so I thought okay I am getting my period. This morning it had stopped and I saw a little later in the afternoon but now nothing at all. Could this be implantation bleeding? It is hard to say when I ovulated because I haven't had a period in 2 months. Should I take a test? Any advice would be helpful! I would be so excited if we were pregnant but I just hate to get my hopes up again.
