TTC for 1 year and 6 months. Late period...Please help!

Ruptured ovarian cyst or implantation?
No sign of period, No symptoms, HELP!?
My period was due Friday 10th of May, Its now Monday 13th, my periods are normally like clockwork.
We have been trying for a baby for 1 year and 6 months, I've had 2 very early miscarriages (within the first week) in that time, the last being only 2 months ago. After the first I had an internal scan and blood tests and was told I have poly cystic ovaries (PCOS), I'm lucky enough to not have any symptoms of this, I am a healthy weight and my periods, as i said before are always on time. I have done ovulation tests at home and at my GP on a few occasions which all confirmed I am ovulating.

We had intercourse 2 days before ovulation and on the day of ovulation this month.

---On Thursday we had intercourse (Day before period was due) and straight after I had some of the worst cramps I've ever had, i was close to throwing up and had hot and cold shivers. It passed within the hour but I was aching a bit the next day---.

I haven't had any symptoms except for slight cramping on my right hand side today.
Not even symptoms to indicate my periods coming...No bloating, only very mild lower abdominal cramps, diarrhea, increase in apatite, which i usually get a few days before my period is due.
I did a test today which came back negative.
Anyone have any idea what this could be?

I thought maybe the extreme pain after sex on Thursday could have been a cyst rupturing, as that has happened in the past and was very painful just not as bad as the pain i was in on Thursday.
Could this have stopped my period turning up this month if it was a cyst rupturing or could I finally be pregnant and the negative test is just because i need to wait a few more days to take it?

Any help would be really appreciated or any info from people who have experienced the same thing or similar

------I was just wondering if implantation pain can happen as late as a day before period is due, be extremely painful and only last an hour or so (this happened to me just after having sex)
I would like to know if this is implantation or a cyst rupturing (and can a ruptured cyst the day before period is due, affect my period to the point it doesn't come at all?) or could it possibly be something else?-----

wow, it's like reading about my own experience. Have been going through almost exactly the same thing.

Had an ovarian cyst burst on April 15th, the same day my period was due (it came on time and was normal). Had intercourse on ovulation day, April 28th and the next day had terrible cramps which lasted the whole 29th then stopped. Since then had very mild sore boobs then this past week started having the normal period symptoms such as cramping. It was due on May 12th. It's the 14th today and nothing yet, but still having mild cramps. Test was N.

Could this be an indication of pregnancy? Has anyone had a similar experience? What was ur outcome?

Good luck to the lady who posted the first question! I've been TTC 1st baby for 1.5 years so know how frustrating it is. Hoping for a positive result 4 u
