TTC NEED A LITTLE ADVICE:)

hello everyone I’m Eva ‘ very new to this so please be patient , mindful and positive
So I’ll try my best to keep it short so you won’t have a long paragraph to read lol

I’m on a 30-31 day cycle ‘ it often change but not to much
Me & my SO are trying for a baby ‘ first baby at that so here it goes

11-26- 11-29 11/30 finished
12-5 - 12-9 all negative OPKS
12-7,12-9,12-10 BABY DANCED
12-10 skipped (stomach cramps
12-11 (pm) POSITIVE OPK solid lines more stomach cramps ‘ also caught a cold
12-12 (am/pm)VERY POSITIVE AS WELL
12-13 negative STOMACH CRAMPS, left side hurt (mild but hurt)
12-14/16 NEGATIVE 12-15 nipples were a tad bit sore & (pink at the tips) crazy because I’m dark skinned lol so everything is kinda Dark toned lol also was nausea but no vomit
Cervix very high , not sure if open on closed , white CM. Kinda like lotion
NOW I still have this little cold , but all the others symotoms went away other than my cervix position and cm . Kinda nervous because I don’t know what to think . So any advice will be good , meaning the questions I have are
Are these good signs ?
Which day did I technically ovulate
We’re the days I did BD enough & is it possible just for those days to become pregnant ?
What’s going on ?
I’m going crazy lol but trying to be very patient before testing .

Hi Eva welcome!
It sounds to me like you ovulated on the 12.12, which means your BD timing was good (your last time was on the 10th right?). The beginning of the LH surge is what matters, even if it goes more positive afterwards.
Fx you caught the egg! Keep us updated! It's totally normal to go crazy... And pms symptoms and early pregnancy are so similar, I don't bother to try and figure out...
