Hi My name is Nichelle and My Fiance and I are TTC. We have been looking around for sperm banks for the last few years off and on and I finally think I found one that I like with few donors in mind. We want to perform a home insemination within the next few months. My soon to be Wife has a pre-conception doctors appointment next week.... Anyone have tips, pointers, or concerns I should know about?
