TTC on Clomid cycle 2 symptoms?

Hey all I am on cycle two of Clomid. Cycle 1 50mg no ovulation, currently on 100mg. According to ff I ovulated on cd16 and am currently 3dpo. I have been bloated, cramping on the left side only, slightly tender nipples, moody, and back pain began today. I do lift weights so unsure if back is due to that or other things but my back is very sore today. Has anyone experienced this after ovulation or could it be more? I tested this morning with a negative but that didn't surprise me. I go for my blood work to test progesterone levels on Wednesday (2 days) but don't see my gyn until the 24th (next Thursday). Hope someone can give me some insight please!

3 dpo is way to early to test! The earliest I have got a bfp was 11-12 dpo.

Those are my usually post o symptoms.
