i just ordered a progesterone cream. i think i am low in progesteroone, because i have all 7 symptoms
1. long cycles with short luteal phase.
2. have been trying to get pregnant for 3 years. miscarried at 6 weeks.
3. acne
4.mood swings/ depression
5. fatigue
6. sugar cravings
7. headaches- almost every day
i cant get a blood test done to check my progesterone levels now because now i am taking provera and clomid and test results wont be accurate.
i have decided to start using progesterone cream after i ovulate.
do u think its a good idea , to take apply progesterone cream as a precaution to miscarriage ?
