TTC with 40+ OH

Hi gals is there anyone TTC with a partner over 40? MY DH is 44, and I'm 30, we are trying for #1.

I'd love to buddy up with others in my situation!

I'm on CD 14 and FF says today I have the best conception chances with Ov day on 8th! I hope we BD tonight!

Do you chart, taking supplements etc???

I honestly haven't started any type of anything yet... My husband is having a reversal done in a couple of weeks and we are going to try after that. I don't have the first clue about charting or anything yet, so I better get started!! Any advice on how to get started?

Charting is very useful, all you need is a thermometer to take your temperature every morning when you wake up. You keep the data (most of us we use fertility friend https://www.fertilityfriend.com/) and if you like you take notes on your cervical mucus too, egg white is the most fertile. This way you can pin point your ovulation day, which is the day an egg can be fertilised. The goal is to have sex the days before ovulation and the ovulation day of course.
