TTC with DUB...need to know I'm not alone

I've had DUB (dysfunctional uterine bleeding) for three years now. I bleed just about every day (which makes it hard to conceive). I'm not sure if I ovulate or not, my gyno thinks its too soon to test (been TTC for 1 month). Does anyone know of people with DUB who have successfully conceived? I'm feeling very alone and like I haven't got a chance in hell

I'm so sorry..I don't know anything about this but didn't want to read and run....I feel like there are so many advancements today that there has to be a route that will work for you!!! Good luck
