TTC with one fallopian tube

Hi there I am new to this forum and just wanted to get some opinions about TTC with one fallopian tube. I had my left tube removed 12/1/11 due to my eggs blocking the flow in my tube causing it to tear. I still have my right tube and both ovaries are in good shape. I have been having unprotected sex with my fiance for the last 7 months with no luck. I am just confused how ovulation works with one fallopian tube... can I only get pregnant every other month?? What are some vitamins/supplements I can take to try and increase my chances of pregnancy. I have been tracking ovulation, but not testing for it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, I am so excited I have found this forum!!!!

Hi you will probably get more responses in the TTC section, but if you are unsure at all about when you're ovulating I would take your temperature, chart it (Fertility Friend is great) and then also back it up with OPKs. I get mine from Amazon and they're the Wondfo brand (I think you can find them on ebay too).

I'm sorry I can't help with any information about having one tube, but pinpointing ovulation is really important. Welcome to the forum!
