Ttc with one tube shortened cycles

I honestly dont know if I should go back to a doctor.
I lost my 6 week ectopic pregnancy and my left tube back in June.
I had 2 normal cycles after then as soon as I started trying again I went from a 30 day cycle to a 24 day cycle.
I got blood tests for leutal phase hormone defect but she said it looked normal.

Do I get more tests done? Do I see a specialist?
Should I take something? Do I just give up and stop stressing and it will happen?

Any thoughts and opinions majorly appreciated

I have 1 tube/ovary due to ovarian cancer. It took Femara and 6 months before I got BFP.

November- had surgery
December- ntnp. Had a 28 day cycle. O was funky
January- told to TTC, given Femara.
May- bfp!

The oncologist told me I was having AF so my other ovary was fine. (Insert eye roll). OB gyn said my cycles could be funky but I shouldn't have issues since other side looked fine. Told me to come back in 3 months for HSG (dye test) if no BFP. I never went back for the test.

How long is your lp? A 24 day cycle can still be normal- I have a 25 day cycle with a 12-13day lp. My Ov day is usually cd12/13. As long as your lp length and hormones are fine all should be well. Are you tracking you’re cycles in any other way?

They cant just do 1 test and call it done. Theres a load of tests. Google infertility bloodwork. Get the longest list you can find and say you want it all tested at the GYN. If they say no or an excuse, get a new dr. (You can do it at a reproductive endo but it cost a lot more...gyn is cheaper)
