Me and my Partner have been trying to conceive for 2 years now. I have on the contraception injection for 3 years after having a daughter to a previous partner. I have not been ovulating but after our second hospital appointment today we have found out that i have been ovulating since september 2012 
but had terrible news that my partner has a very low sperm count of 3 million. Is there anything we can. we know that ivf is an option but want to use that as a last option. please help us
