Yeah, help yourself to the banner. Sorry I've been away for a while girls. I have ended around 40 days of bleeding with tablets so fingers crossed things go back to normal for a while. Hope all of you are doing ok. I've read a book which talks about how irregular cycles could be linked to blood sugar levels going up and down (which is something I have always had problems with!). Seems best way to maintain blood sugar is by eating wholegrains, vegetables etc - all the good stuff. I will let you know how it goes. Do you think we should start a new thread calling us The Irregular Cycle Sisters if that is the name we have picked? - it could mean people find us easier if they are looking.
