TTCing after MC - First AF after MC

I am not sure whether this is the right forum but I am currently waiting to ttc after an MC after AF ends.
I was wondering whether anyone else experienced extremely tender/ painful boobs during the first AF after a MC? I never really get sensitive during my period but this one they are really sensitive.

Hi, I've had chemical pregnancies in Dec and January. First normal AF today after those and my boobs have been real sore this cycle.
