I haven't posted here in awhile so let me back up. I have 4 previous children ranging in age from 16 -6, i am now 33 and my DH is also 33 with no children. We TTC for 18 months before an HSG revealed bilateral proximal tubal blockage. We were referred to a FS who immediately suggested IVF. We were turned down for medical loans. We're not really looking at IVF as an option.
However I have plans to have the Tubal Recanalization procedure done later this month. I have no history of disease (PID), infection, adhesions, PCOS, cysts or anything of the like.
There were appx 3 years between my children with no birth control so it is the theory is that I have probably had one blocked tube and had one partially blocked, or 2 partially blocked for a very long time and I simply managed to (eventually) get pregnant.
Anyone had success with this procedure ?
