Twinges and mild cramp advice

I had some mild pain around ovaries Monday night and assumed I was ovulating, then on Tuesday I had pains pretty much all day (bit like period cramps but not that bad).
Had absolutely nothing yesterday and then this morning I keep getting twinges near right ovary. What is this????
Have I ovulated? Due to ovulate? Not related?
I'm on cd21 if that helps........

you may have ovulated the first time then the 2nd lot of twinges could have been the little eggy getting comfy I hope so xx

I did indeed but not on that cycle. I had another period on 6th October xx
