twinges on both side twins??

lol im a twin and this time I just think its twins for some reason got a strong feeling but ive had like ovarie twinges both sides and was wondering if could be the embroys implanting if its twins
got scan thurs day ill b 5wks

Possibly, doesn't really mean much though, my friend is a twin and has been in hospital due to twinges on both sides and only 1 baby. Good luck though x
