Twins ?? anyone with twin experience??

Went for a repeat scan yesterday as i have pcos i couldn't pin point how far i am on friday i my first beta at 522 progesterone 74.8 and 2nd beta 876 and went for a scan yesterday as they wanted to rule out ectopic

this is is the scan i have circled what i thought is a possible 2nd

I only see one a gestational sac has the white glow round it that you can see on the gestational sac in your picture.

thanks girls im just looking for opinions as in all the pregnancies i have had i haven't experienced this before so just looking for opinions xxxx

I had twin previously and this started out as twins but lost one, that looks to me like one, it could be anything, cyst, bleed, etc, I think it's the wrong shape for a viable sac, more likely just a small bled or something.

It looks more like a small clot x

It does seem like a small clot. Im expecting twins and the sacs are distinctive, you cant really miss it
