I haven't really done any yoga this pregnancy, but was reading about what poses were allowed/not allowed. I read that "twisting from side to side" while standing up is not recommended for pregnant ladies. I suppose I understand why they wouldn't want you completely twisting behind your back, but don't get it if it's dangerous just to rock/twist your hips from side to side?? I caught myself doing it tonight at the sink! Does anybody know the reasoning behind why they say not to do this motion? I'm at a loss
