Tylenol pm?

what do you ladies know about tylenal pm? have any of you had a problem with using it to help sleep and sleeping way way to long?

All it is Tylenol and Benadryl (generic). So harmless.

but have any of you ladies taken it and ended up sleeping way to long? I took some right before I went to bed last night so I could sleep so that I could get up on time for my apt this morning. I took it at about 11pm and had to get up at six but when I got up I was still really tired threw out my apt and when I got home I laid down and slept till 2pm

If your going to take it take it early lol but that's normal

I took it all the time last pregnancy since I couldn't sleep and it just helped me get to sleep and have a slightly deeper sleep, I never had a problem waking up for my 4:30 am workouts
