UK ladies - notes?

Hiya

Quick question, do we get our yellow book back from previous pregnancies or do we start a new one? I wish I had photocopied it but I never got round to it!

I've always had new for each pregnancy.

Our notes are green but they start new ones. I believe you can ask for a copy of your old ones though if you want them for what ever reason x

I had OC in my last pregnancy so I think I will ask for them as it will be good to have a record of what happened last time!
