did you give your LO?

Also at what age?

I assume it's ok to use natural yogurt and steam my own fruit and mix that in?

Will a yogurt like yeo valley natural (full fat) be OK?

Hello, I used full fat greek yogurt or full fat natural yogurt with fruit puree mixed in. For convenience I also used to buy Yeo Valley Little Yeos (think they call them baby yogurt now) which were the small pots and they don't have any refined sugar added, just the fruit puree. But make sure you get the small pots, because the larger Yeo Valley kids yogurts do have sugar. Plum fromage frais are also a good choice :)

Any full fat natural yogurt will do. We use Onken just because it's what we buy already. I often just mash banana or finely grate apple because it's easier but purees work too.

We don't do it often because I think finger foods are easier but we started when we started weaning at 6 months.

Full fat greek yogurt mixed with some banana is perfect.

We use natural or Greek yoghurt. Lo also likes fruit dipped in it to sook the yoghurt off. I'm too lazy to make purees!!

Full fat Greek. It's the only one that I can get without any added sugar

Thanks I got the Yeovalley Baby ones in the end which are just natural yogurt with nothing added, I added some prunes to it because he's been conspitated. He loved yogurt I was worried he wouldn't because it's quite sour and he spat out apple because I assumed it was too sour for him and thought he'd do the same with the yogurt
