Uk Maternity Exempt Card?..

When did you receive yours? I am nearly 10 weeks and haven’t had mine yet?.. need to book a dentist appointment, I could tell them that I am pregnant and that I haven’t received my card yet but as my previous card only just ran out in October they probably think im making it up xx

Hi. I sent mine off and had it through within 2 weeks. It goes to your local trust so I guess it depends how busy it is. Normally if u dnt have it yet u have to pay and claim the money back later

I sorted it all out at my booking appointment but didn't receive the card until I was 18 weeks gone. I had the same issue so tried to book a dental appointment but got told I would have to pay. They need to copy it and keep it on file xxx

I sent mine off on the 20th December and received mine today xx

I think you can claim back what you paid if you've already applied and need to see the dentist or get a prescription
