Ultrasound 5w3d or 6w1d -- what to expect???

Wondering when they can hear a heartbeat from the outside??? I don't remember for sure with my daughter but thinking at the first OB appt. you get to hear the heartbeat. Like 8 weeks??? I don't know lol..baby brain

My first US with DD was at 7w in 2006 and I heard a heartbeat then.

I heard the heartbeat at my midwife appointment yesterday and i'm 11 weeks, now i know it can be heard i ordered a doppler today xx

Well no heartbeat and no fetal pole, pretty much just a sac hehehe

But I am measuring 5w2d and due 12/23/12 so still super early!! I go back in 2 weeks for a repeat!

When I went for my first scan I thought I was 6+2 but they dated it 5+5, even though FF told me I ovulated day 14

I thought they'd be doing a transvaginal that early but everything showed up with a transabdominal scan - fetal pole, yolk sac, heartbeat flicker (108bpm)

Got my next scan at 11+4

I'm super nervous because nothing was there. I just hope that something shows up in 2 weeks. I'm going to be panicked until then. But staying positive as can be until I'm told otherwise.

I had a scan yesterday at 6+4 (7+1 by LMP but I know that's now right) and we saw a little bean and a heartbeat xx

I have just haf a scan today i am around 5 weeks, we saw a sac and yolk and everything is in the right place, i am being rescanned on the 21st after holiday its going to seem like ages until then xx
