ultrasound and progestrone prb

Hi ,

I am 5 weeks 5 days pregnant , I went to the doctor on jan-17-2014 .
they took my blood for hcg and progesterone.
hcg:9703 and progesterone:12.5.but jan-18-2014 I have very light spotting till yesterday, so I called the doctor she said she want to do ultrasound,so they took ultrasound and dr said sac is there but we couldn't able to see egg yolk like that she said and tested hcg(17000) and progesterone(11.9).my progesterone levels got reduced.
but yesterday evening onwards spotting got stopped. but now I am worrying about my ultrasound and progesterone.
again I have ultrasound next Monday.

please guide me friends.

Are they going to give you progesterone supplements or did they indicate if that would help?

tomorrow I have one more blood test may be based on that they goanna decide I guess.
