Would anyone like one?
Anyway,i think i have one,just above my belly button,quite tender, no massive protuding muscle or anything, just the tiniest hint of something muscle like.
I know they can operate,although tend not to unless bad,i wouldnt want that anyway.
but does anyone know if stomach crunches help pull the muscle in and together or make things worse?
