"Unable to Save Image"

Hi all, I'm trying to upload my avatar, but everytime I do it says "unable to save image". The picture isn't too big or anything. What am I doing wrong?

Same here!! I tried it with so many pictures already and it keeps saying that

Exactly the same thing is happening to me too. Just a normal jpeg file, 45kb.
