I thought it was simple with cheese, that if it said it was pasteurized or was made with milk, it was okay, and if it said raw milk or unpasteurized it wasn't. Turns out "milk" by itself was not okay. I normally wouldn't worry with that, but had the flu last weekend, and now I am starting to fret. Just wondering if it's coincidence or not and to what point should I be concerned. (Going to ask my doctor regardless).
