unprepared :(

You're not alone! I'm fairly unprepared as well. My hospital bag is about half packed, I haven't washed any of the baby's clothes, and I still have a long list of things I need to buy! I had my baby shower last weekend, and I got TONS of clothes (95% of them were 6 months and up!) so the baby's room currently looks like a bomb went off in there because I've sorted the clothes into piles all over the room...I also have to go and buy some newborn and 0-3 month clothes because I have almost nothing in those sizes.
It feels like every time I get something accomplished, I realize there's something else that needs to be added to the to do list. Thankfully I'm FINALLY off work!
So don't feel so bad.

i JUST got the crib mattress and bedding yesterday! im horribly unprepared and im FREAKING out!

You're more prepared then most. We don't even have a house yet lol, long story, but we plan to move early November and our baby is due at the end of November??? Cutting it close. We have a cot because I dragged my dad and his van to Ikea when they had a sale, I have a mose basket without a stand lol a few clothes in every sizes but that's it? Not too worried tho, my mum said when she had my older sister they had nothing and the baby slept in a draw for the first night(crazy I know) but chill make a weekend of it.

I made a list of everything we have so I can see what we need and me and my OH are going to have a shopping weekend once I'm on leave from work and get everything that's still needed like a stroller because I'm not carrying this kid around in my arms in the dead of winter lol.

thanks girls! my OH got a really good paycheck this past week so we wanted to do some serious baby shopping! then i guess about a week before i'm due we're gonna deep clean our carpets (we have dogs and they had a couple accidents) and wash EVERYTHING in the babies room. so that should keep me busy. but i still don't have a diaper bag. so i guess that's the next thing on my list of things to buy. plus we gotta go to a craft store and at least get some border paper to put around the babies room. and some more little decorations for his room. right now it's pretty plain and boring!!

No way, I am the most unprepared honestly! Its not that Ive been lazy, just been having probs here. About to move countries! Got nothing apart from a set of naughtybaby nappies, some clothes, and a sling! Sometimes I really panic!
I do have already a snuggle nest and another set of nappies picked out ready to be ordered, but have to rely on my mum bc my card doesnt work on ebay or many places online. Also I am moving back home soon so have to get my flight booked next week and pack suitcase.
have you got a list? If not you should make a list and pick everything out, then go buy it, bit by bit. Ideally you should have everything ready a month before, Good luck, happy shopping!

omg kalin!!! i love everything!! the moo cow outfit is so cute! i loved that print of your travel system. saw it target. and that is the same exact swing we have . it was the first thing i actually bought. LOVE it!!!! thanks for sharing your pics!!! i should take some too. maybe tomorrow!

thank you! and we got our stroller at target for only 109 bucks! the cheapest one they had lol. i love the cow one too. it was suuuper adorable. i couldn't help but get it the swing is the one we got on sale! i don't have a pic of the bassinet yet but i should soon!
