Updated chart, any opinions?

My temps are still high, but I'm not see how accurate they are because my sleep has bee terrible lately. I marked some spotting on Saturday...I noticed some blood when I had sex but nothing else. No symptoms except slight stomachache yesterday. My doctor told me not to test until Thursday since I had a trigger shot. I don't feel like I'm pregnant but I like that my temps are still high. My periods are very irregular, so I'm not expecting that regardless.

Are u asking if ur temp indicates if ur pregnant or not? Temps aren't a reliable way to predict pregnancy. I know it's hard, but wait it out til Thursday and test.

I read that if your temps stay high for 18 days you're more likely to be pregnant. But they don't mean too much before then unfortunately because they tend to drop right when AF comes. Good luck!!

Not sure if you got an answer yet, but I personally have insomnia and wake alot, so very hard to temp without an adjuster when needed.
Try this to see if it helps with your temps. That way you can prevent open circles, but your temp is elevated overall which is the main thing!
